In-Home Vertigo, Dizziness & Concussion Therapy in South Jersey
When the room spins or your head won't clear, everyday life gets hard.
Dizziness, vertigo, and lingering concussion symptoms are often very treatable with the right therapy. We bring specialized vestibular and concussion rehabilitation to your home, so you never have to drive while dizzy to get help.
Is this you?
The room spins when you roll over in bed, lie down, or look up
You feel off-balance, unsteady, or like you're walking on a boat
Grocery stores, scrolling on your phone, or riding in a car make you feel worse
Headaches, fogginess, or trouble concentrating since a concussion or fall
You've stopped driving, working, or going out because of dizziness
You've been told "it's just your age" or "it'll go away," but it hasn't
Why vestibular therapy works better at home
No driving while dizzy. Getting to a clinic shouldn't be the riskiest part of your day.
We treat your real triggers. If getting out of your own bed, turning in your own hallway, or looking into your kitchen cabinets sets off symptoms, that's exactly where we practice.
A calm, familiar setting. Busy waiting rooms and bright lights can make symptoms flare. Home is easier on your brain while it heals.
Safer movement right away. We look for fall risks in your home while your balance recovers.
What we treat
BPPV (loose crystals in the inner ear that cause brief spinning), which often improves in just a few visits with the right repositioning treatment
Inner ear problems like vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis
Concussion and post-concussion symptoms
Dizziness and imbalance in older adults
Motion sensitivity and visual dizziness
Return to driving, work, school, and activity after concussion

A plan built around you, paced to your symptoms, with a direct line to your therapist.

Do I need a referral?

Not to start. New Jersey is a direct access state, so you can see us for up to 30 days without a referral. After that, we coordinate with your physician.
How is this different from home health?
Home health is for people who are homebound. You don't have to be homebound to see us, and our visits focus entirely on your rehab goals.
3
Will the exercises make me dizzier?
4
Some exercises bring on mild symptoms on purpose, because that's how your brain retrains. We start where you're comfortable, go at your pace, and adjust every visit. You're never pushed past what's safe.
