In-Home Personal Training & Wellness in South Jersey

Don't just exercise. Train for the life you want to live.

Fitness is about more than a number on a scale. It's having the strength, balance, and confidence to keep doing what you love. Our personal training is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and happens in your home, at your pace.

Graduate from physical therapy to wellness

Finishing physical therapy shouldn't mean losing your momentum. When your insurance-covered PT ends, you can keep training with the same person who already knows your body, your history, and your goals. No starting over with a stranger at a gym.

Is this you?

  • You finished physical therapy and don't want to lose your progress

  • You want to get stronger but don't know where to start safely

  • Gyms feel intimidating, crowded, or too far away

  • You have a health condition and want a trainer who understands it

  • You want to stay strong enough to travel, garden, golf, or keep up with the grandkids

Why training at home works

  • No gym, no commute, no crowds. Just you and your trainer.

  • We use what you have. Your stairs, your furniture, and simple equipment we bring, so you can keep going between sessions.

  • Safe progression. A physical therapist knows how to push you without pushing you into an injury.

What a session looks like

  • About 60 minutes, one-on-one, in your home

  • A warm-up, then strength, balance, and mobility work built around your goals

  • Simple habit coaching for nutrition, sleep, and staying active

  • A plan for the days in between, so progress doesn't stop when we leave

  • Most people train once or twice a week. We'll recommend a schedule that fits your goals and budget.

What we focus on

  • Functional strength

  • Balance and fall prevention

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Endurance

  • Core strength

  • Healthy, sustainable habits

Who you'll train with

Your trainer is Jaime Pierson, PT, DPT, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. As a physical therapist, she brings a movement-first approach, so every exercise has a purpose.

"Kept me engaged, chose exercises and tasks that were challenging, yet still attainable! (Which is EXACTLY what you want in a Therapist!)"
