We provide in-home visits to patients in Gloucester and Camden counties, and serve parts of Atlantic and Salem counties.
At this time, we are strictly mobile and would serve you in the comfort of your home. In the future, we hope to expand to a physical location.

Great question! New Jersey is a direct access state, so you’re able to be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days without needing a referral from your doctor. After 30 days, we would need to contact your physician to continue your plan of care.

You can contact us at any time by completing the contact form on this website, clicking the “Book an Appointment” button at the bottom of this page, or calling us at 856-628-6133.
Once you’ve had your initial evaluation, you are able to schedule all of your subsequent appointments through our portal or directly with your physical therapist.

We accept Medicare, but are out-of-network with all other insurance companies.
If you have non-Medicare insurance, we request payment at the time of service, but we can provide you with a superbill (similar to an invoice). This superbill can be submitted to your insurance company for partial reimbursement, but you must have out-of-network benefits with your insurance plan or your claim will likely be denied. If you are unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card prior to scheduling your appointment.

Pricing will be discussed at the time of the introductory phone call.

We’ve been physical therapists for over 5 years. Prior to settling back in our home state of New Jersey, we worked as traveling physical therapists for 4 years. During that time, we learned a lot, grew a lot, and knew we wanted to do rehab— better.
We’ve spent a lot of time completing ongoing education courses, staying up to date on the newest research, and perfecting our skills.
We are extremely passionate about what we do!

We’re fun, passionate, and goofy. We love what we do and would love the opportunity to make you (or your loved one) stronger, more resilient, and capable than they were before.
